I really love this place. The owner and staff are super-friendly and the food is just absolutely delicious! I tried the Chicken Shawarma for the first time two months ago and it was so good - juicy and full of flavour. This one has been the best one out of all the places I've eaten at, so I consider their Shawarma first-place. I have also ordered food from Food Factor through DoorDash and time and again, it is delicoius and just as juicy, mouth watering good food. They are even generous - something that we haven't experienced from other restaurants in a long time! I've just put in an order right now for their Classic Burger Combo, since many people have also been recommending that from their menu. I also just included two chicken shawarmas and their delcious baklava as well (all of them fresh and delicious!) I highly recommend Food Factor. Great service and super-delicious and healthy food. I'm willing to keep ordering from them, even through these difficult times. High Recommended!

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this place deserves one! Food is fresh, tasty and definitely made with care. Portion sizes are great and prices are more than fair. It was my first time there tonight and I got the large mixed platter with rice and salad and it's delicious - this will easily be 3 meals for me. Khalid, the owner, is an absolute gem and his kindness and hospitality alone are worth coming back for. Definitely go check it out!

Purchased a small mixed platter for lunch today. Good portion and great ratio of meat to rice to salad. Everything tasted great I even got a side of hot sauce. I will visit again to try the burgers and then the wings.

Was personally met by the owner upon entering and his energy and pride for the community and food was unrivalled. He brings such a large presence into the restaurant and cares about each and every customer. The food smells and taste amazing... a Toronto Must have. Can’t wait to come back again Khalid.

Came here with some friends and to be honest I don’t know if the food or the customer service was better! The owner was super kind and friendly despite being the only one to take and execute our orders (which he did perfectly) and still had time to wait on us. 10/10 would definitely recommend

I came here with my boyfriend and we lucked out in stumbling across this place. The owner is super friendly and hospitable, genuinely warm person. We had chicken and beef wraps with rice. Everything was made fresh to order. The rice is their specialty and oh my god it was amazing I still dream about it. Will definitely be back at this place. Thank you again!!

Excellent customer service. Khalid is great, and always makes the best recommendations. The food is amazing, I love the wraps, mandi chicken, onion rings, burgers (beef shawarma wrap is my ultimate favourite). Everything is delicious and fairly prized. I always leave with a smile on my face. I would highly recommend this restaurant , you need to try it!!

Drove all the way from Oshawa and it was late at night, customer service was one of the best I've ever experienced and the beef shawarma wrap was great! Definitely would recommend.

Delicious food. It was my first time, and The owner was really nice, he served me even though he just closed up and shut off the grill for the day. The baklava and chicken mandi were simply delish!!!! I am definitely going back earlier next time to try the burger!!

If you like burgers don't think twice just go food factor it idls one of the best burgers in my life shawarma they have it too east and west food If you are sosial friendly and you like to chill gooo they are waiting for you very nice welcoming khaled the woener and the manager too i appreciate your service i will be there soon

Food factor is an impressive restaurant that shines because of attention to detail and the awesome service. The burgers are perfectly sized and seasoned to perfection. The fries are thin cut, crunchy on the outside and pillowy on the inside, seasoned with garlic salt. THEY WERE SO ADDICTIVE. And the WINGS don’t get me started on the wings. Khalid is the MAN the breading is seasoned and perfectly proportioned to ensure the wings are crunchy and flavourful, but not thick or cloying. Best wings I have had in Toronto. Easily. This is not a joke people!!🚨 And last but not least the mix shawarma platter. The beef is amazing. Usually the beef is overcooked in shawarma they do it well here where the chicken and beef is perfectly moist. The platter has the right ratio of meat to salad to rice. Additionally the rice is very well seasoned. Basically, come here if you want to experience an satisfying delicious meal for a good price. You’ll probably find me there, I love this place!

Khalid and Khalid were both super friendly and obviously take a lot of pride in the food they serve. The menu is divided into East and West. I had the chicken mandi from the east menu. It was incredibly flavourful and the rice that came with it was delicious. They have their own house made chilli sauce that is both tangy and sweet with a kick in a very delightful way.

Love the food and friendly environment. Always welcoming.
